Adapter to convert FU1000 mounting pattern to Mitutoyo mounting

Allows to mount focus block on probe stations with Mitutoyo or PSM-1000 flange pattern. Adapter thickness assures that the objectives are on the same center line then with Mitutoyo's Finescope or Motic's PSM-1000.
